Belden Consulting

We provide consulting on two subjects- risk management and derivatives.

We stay focused.  We here to provide consulting on risk and derivatives, and new products which use derivatives or products that help firms or their clients manage risk.

We will help design risk programs or help you implement programs recommended by others and we can provide an outside perspective on what is in place.

We also provide guidance on implementing new rules from regulators such as the SEC proposed derivative role.

            Derivatives

We provide full review of derivative activities front office to back office to Management and Board reporting.

            Board Member Education

Board members have diverse backgrounds- not everyone understands swaps, stress tests or value at risk. To help Board members that are not experienced in risk and derivatives, we provide confidential 1:1 or small group tutoring to help the member better execute their role.

We can schedule these to fit your schedule and can be provided by video or in person.  We typically understand your firm's use of derivatives of reviewing public disclosures and we can sign non-disclosure agreements.
